We use RentRedi for background checks, applications and payments. Each adult applicant will need to create an account in RentRedi (desktop software or mobile app), and must complete a full background check and application. 

Minimum qualifications:

– Verifiable, stable income at least equal to 2x rent per month (can be combined). 

– Minimum preferred credit score of 640

– No evictions within 3 yrs. Minimum 2 verifiable rental references.

– No convictions of crimes of a sexual nature or crimes against children

– No violent or drug-related felony convictions within the last 5 years

– No bankruptcies in the last 7 years

Deposits & Fees (for Furnished Rentals):

$50 Background Check Fee

$500 Refundable Security Deposit

$150 Cleaning Fee

$200 Pet Fee (per pet), if applicable

Return to the Furnished Rentals page, and click the button below the property you’re applying for.  RentRedi will open in a new tab, where you can enter/create your account information and fill out the application form.  Be sure to reach out with any questions you have before submitting the application!  

A couple notes:

– The fee goes to the agency providing the background check, not to us. 

– Applications must be filled out honestly and completely, or will not be considered.
